Jetboil stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a one year limited warranty.
In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Jetboil, you can return your item(s) as follows:
- Items purchased online can be returned online to Jetboil.com within 60 days of purchase. Our one exception is JetPower Fuel which cannot be returned due to hazardous material shipping restrictions.
- You must have an original receipt to complete your return
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations
- Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to the 3rd party’s return policy
RETURNS ARE EASY!
Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
1) Package up your item.
2) Provide your Order Number for faster credit, as well as name and email address. You can also include a print out of your order confirmation email.
3) Ship your items. You are responsible for return freight, any insurance and scheduling the pickup of your package.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items and process your credit (excluding original shipping fees) within 1-2 business days. Jetboil is not responsible for items lost in transit.
